Warranty Terms and Conditions

 

Arcane Warrior THREE-YEAR Limited WARRANTY

If your Arcane Warrior fails because of defective materials or workmanship under normal use while you are the original owner, we'll repair or replace the part (s) in question.

Proof of purchase will be required to make a warranty claim. 

All goods received from AW must adhere to the following procedure. Failure to comply with this procedure may result in a warranty claim not being accepted.

All boxes must be inspected for damage or defects in the presence of the driver or representative of the transport company.

All boxes must be opened, and contents inspected for damage or defects in the presence of the driver or representative of the transport company.

Where damage is observed on any products or boxes, such damage must immediately be reported to the driver or representative of the transport company, and the delivery waybill must be endorsed by the driver or representative of the transport company.

Where damage is observed on any products, these products must not be accepted without prior confirmation from AW, and confirmation of any damages in writing.

WHAT IS COVERED?

AW warrants to the original retail purchaser that the products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship

If our product fails during the warranty period due to a defect in material or workmanship as listed above, we will repair or replace the defective part(s).

A three-year product warranty covers all structural parts of the roof top tent, roof rack system. one-year product warranty covers all other parts of the AW products, 

A one-year coating warranty covers the coating of any part

Our warranty only covers AW products purchased in Australia from approved AW resellers and fitted by AW authorized fitter.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Our warranty does not cover damages that result from misuse, use beyond the products designed limit and intended functionality or abuse of the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages such as abrasion, scratches or fading. It does not cover any product that has been in contact with any salt water, sea water or any chemical. It does not cover any product which the fitted vehicle was involved in any accident or incident. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to, or loss of, the contents of the tray, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. The warranty also does not cover any damage occurred during the transportation should customer has not nominated for the transport insurance option. The warranty does not cover any used or ex-demonstration products you have purchased.

It does not cover any AW products purchased outside Australia.
